What care should I take to my skin in 60’s? What kinds of treatments are available to treat wrinkles at 60’s?

·         Use gentle and creamy soaps,

·         Add few drops of honey to banana mash and make a good thick paste, apply it on your face and leave it for half an hour and then wash it off

·         Check your sugar levels and keep them in control,

·         Eat a healthy diet - more fruits and vegetables, rich in hydrating whole foods and low in processed, packaged junk with sugar and chemical additives 

·         Choose foods high in probiotics, a bad gut bacteria can wreak havoc on your skin from the inside out. 

·         Stop using perfumes and certain skin care products which contain fragrance that irritate your skin leaving it dry and itchy
